Outside Sales Representative

FT Optimize is looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to identify, qualify and develop superior customer service relationships with new prospects and future customers. The successful candidate will generate leads, schedule meetings, conduct business dealings with potential prospects and also close the deals. FT Optimize is a modern, technology-driven SEM agency, partnering with clients and handling every aspect of SEM, from planning and forecasting to implementation and running the campaigns.  With its initial success stories, clients started asking FTO to also customize software and machine learning tools for Retargeting, Social Media, Product Ads, Video Marketing, etc.  FTO is driving this machine learning revolution and bringing it to several keynote clients.   

 

THE ROLE:

  • Partner with marketing and design to create sales documentation (decks, case studies etc…)

  • Have the passion, desire and energy to complete a high volume of daily calls/emails/social interactions

  • Follow up on web inquiries and qualify marketing leads based upon lead qualification criteria and definitions

  • Commitment to continually building a pipeline of sales opportunities and accelerate sales cycle in conjunction with Account Executives

  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients

  • Develop superior relationships with potential and current referral sources, gaining referrals to prospective clients

  • Owning the full sales cycle process from cold calling to closing deals

  • Provide weekly activity report to management

  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of SEM, FTO’s technology, solution and value proposition

 

Required Experience:

  • Experience MS Office, Google Suite and standard corporate productivity tools

  • 2+ years sales, account management, lead qualification experience including outbound prospecting and/or closing deals

  • Experience prospecting at all levels within an organization: managers, directors, VPs, executives

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood, concise language

  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate with the team

  • Background in advertising or interest for technology a plus

  • Experience working on a remote team a plus

  • Fast and stable internet connection
